Shipping & Delivery
I strive to provide quick turnarounds from purchase to shipping. Most orders are filled same day and shipped next day! This depends on the day the order was received. With this in mind, allow 1-4 business days from the date ordered for your order to be processed and shipped. Although every effort will be made to have your order ready for shipment by the next day, the date and time you place the order can and will affect when the order can be processed. Orders are shipped Monday-Saturday, except on federally designated holidays. You will receive a tracking number for your convenience and peace of mind once your order ships. You can also reveiw the status of your order by loggin into your account on the website.
Duties & Additional Fees
International orders do not include duties and taxes imposed by customs. These fees are usually due upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying these fees, if incurred. If you have questions regarding these fees, contact your local customs office.
Time Sensitive Orders
Do you plan to order an item for a special or time sensitive event? No probem! Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and concern prior to placing the order.
Delivery of Order
You are responsible for ensuring your correct mailing address is submitted for shipping. If your order is delivered or forwarded to a wrong address that results in it being returned to Peppered Plum, you will be required to pay for new shipping for the order to be sent back to you. If you would prefer to sign for your shipment, please email contact@pepperedplum immediately upon submitting your order. A small fee may be added for this service.
Returns & Replacements
It is important that you are satisfied, actually thrilled, with your purchase! if you are not satisfied, please follow the follwoing process to request a return of your unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Reutrned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Returns will be accepted with an approved return authorization. A return request must be received within 10 days of receipt of order. A store credit or exchange will be issued for all accepted returns. Returns are not accepted on sale or specially marked items.
To ensure a return is accpeted, try on all garments with tags in tact and do not throw away the packaging. Try on shoes on a carpeted or padded floor to prevent scuffing or damage.
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipment. Upon reciept and review of you return, a store credit will be issued to you for the amount you paid in shipping. Please ensure the shipping amount is visible on the packaging or include a copy of the receipt where you purchased shipping. The reciept can also be emailed to email@example.com.
If the item is a gift you received, submit a request for a store credit. Requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Follow the same return steps as mentioned above.
